Login to Cj dropshipping website and search the product you want to add the reviews to your shopify store product. Just make sure the product has reviews on it. If it doesn’t have reviews, you can contact the agent to add the reviews, or you can just add your own review there. So for example, just open this product “”, let’s see if it has any reviews. As you can see, it has 99+ reviews. So what you need, you want to click on reviews. And you can see export reviews and you can as well as you can see check tutorial. if u click tutorial. you can see there also how to import reviews from cj dropshipping to shopify.
If u check the check tutorial button it say you need to first install the app call “product reviews” You can to install “product reviews” app to your Shopify app store.

if you will click on “expert reviews” it will give you CSV file. Open the CSV and enter the product name in your Shopify store (You can get the name from product URL.)
Download the reviews CSV file from Export review button. Here is the trick you need to follow we have to follow for Windows users please download Microsoft extreme csv
for MAC users download table tool app from app store
once to have downloaded any of these open the reviews.csv file in my case i have table tool application
You can get the name from the product URL, open your shopify shop and open the product you want to import the reviews, copy the product handle we call also product name and then add to the CSV file where is written product_handle
Note: you have to repeat every single row to add all the reviews to your page. if u will have 1 or 5 rows only, system will import only these 1 or 5 rows, it will not import all the reviews until you will not add the product handle to every row. it’s actually easy to do.
Next step you need to install the product reviews app from shopify apps store. Click on Shopify app store in the top right. And then you want to download product reviews. It’s a free app, so you don’t have to pay for anything. You want to click on Add app. click on Install. Now, you installed the app, next is can then start importing reviews.

click on products in the left and select the product that you want to add the reviews. once the product open click on the More Action drop and down button then you will see View review for this product will show
click on View reviews for this product
click on the import button
Select your reviews.csv file the one you changed the product handle and saved it by using Microsoft extreme software or for Mac Table tool app
Select Import using date, month and year reviews will be import with the same date, month and year. this will give a real impression to the your customer
Now you can see i only added 6 rows product_handle (product name) so system import only these 6 reviews others you can see its showing the error. so to get all the reviews on you product you have to fill all the product_handle rows
now you can see in the backend we had 2 reviews before but now after added 6 more its showing 8 reviews.

if you go to front page and open the same product you will see all the reviews with the names, date, month as well as the years showing to your product.
Tips,
- Make sure you have the one of the recommended software
- add the product_handle (product name) to import all the reviews
